Show our Franco-Albertan Pride!
Please join us in celebrating our Franco-Albertan pride! Monday, March 20th, we are asking students to come to school wearing their pride on their heads. To really help the students identify with “la semaine de la francophonie”, we are asking you to help your child create a wonderful, whimsical hat that showcases elements of the Franco-Albertan culture. They could also dress in blue and white for the day!
Some ideas of elements that can be presented on the hat are:
- Fleur de Lys
- Alberta Wild Rose
- Eiffel Tower
- It can be in blue or white
- Oil Rigs
- The Rockies
- Flags of francophone countries or provinces
